On Tuesday, we handle all scheduled consults and client zoom meetings from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. Monday through Friday, we respond to all emails from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays.

Depending on the service you choose, if you choose a DIY service, you will have access to the site 24/7, 365. If you choose a private coaching service, you will receive a step-by-step outline of what to expect throughout the service period after the initial consultation.
